Why All Sales Are Final Our products are personalized and produced on demand: your name, your chosen coordinates, your star, your child’s kit size. Once production begins, that item cannot be resold or repurposed for another customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged in shipping, or if we made an error fulfilling your order (wrong name, wrong coordinates, wrong item), contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@zenithgalaxyestates.com with photos of the issue. We will make it right by replacing the item at no cost to you.

Subscriptions Monthly and annual subscriptions (Galaxy Navigator, Galaxy Commander, Galaxy Commander Growth Program, Galaxy Commander Never Grow Old) can be cancelled at any time to stop future billing. Cancelling does not refund any period already paid for.
